Hi Raven,

Thanks for writing in and letting us know about the experience you had on our trial period. We appreciate you taking the time to write out your concerns! I'd love to take a minute to address a few of them.

I'm very sorry to hear you were not in love with the garments you received and we understand that it is disappointing that you cannot have more control over the closet.

However, while there is no feature that allows you to prioritize your closet, we are always happy to take a special request or prioritized list to send to our shipping team! By submitting this, our system will take those garments into consideration first before other items in your closet. Ultimately though, if the garments are not available, something else will have to be sent in it's place.

A quick note about the garments we are retiring: I completely understand why this would be frustrating but we are doing this for two reasons. 1) We want to be sending out high quality garments and the ones we are retiring are no longer reaching those quality standards, so we're taking them out of rotation. Quality is a top priority for us-- all garments should arrive in like new condition. 2) We may have very few copies left of the garment style, if it was an older style, so chances are most members may never get the chance to receive one regardless.

Those things being said, we sincerely appreciate your feedback. I've passed it all along to our team so that we can continue to grow and improve. We hope one day we'll be able to earn back your membership and we can impress you on the second time around!

I have to say it is very nice to receive a reply that wasn't cut and paste.

So few companies really take the time to read and reply , that I will give GB an A+ on their customer service. 

The next dress I was sent was so hideous, I considered burning it for the greater good of humanity.

The dress after that (which was delivered yesterday) was this blue beauty:

I loved it so much I purchased it.

I took Lisa's advice and requested a specific dress for my final free trial item. Sadly there is no way to know what I will get.. I really hope it too might be a keeper, we shall see.
