Tiger and I have a small back deck on the house we rent. It isn't really big enough to have anything more than a few chairs and a small low table on. In the past we have bought the folding camp chairs, and after about a a year (including a trip to burning man) they fabric dies, and they break. I also find them really uncomfortable.
The chairs are just a touch too tall, and I being only 5 foot 4 inches, a bit too short. this mean my feet don't touch the ground while sitting and it cuts off circulation in my legs. No good.
I looked on Craigslist and found an awesome wrought iron patio set being sold locally. The set was a bit rusty, but otherwise in great condition. A trip to creep-o-depot to buy some paint, a bit of elbow grease, and voila fancy new patio set for me!
I chose to go with a aqua paint. It is a nice cool color that doesn't retain heat. Trust me, the last thing you want to sit on in the summer is a hot metal chair.
I also got a few new dresses.. cause you know, summer. And I bet you can guess where I got them from.

I got this one in red. I don't know if I like how it fits.
But I adore the color.
I love how the indigo is subtle, almost black.
But that bow ribbon thingy, is so getting cut off.

I think I need a bigger closet.. Ok I really just need a closet in general.
Anywho, I am super excited about my patio set, as well as all my pretty new dresses. I even got a pretty blue and white floppy sun hat to complete they whole summer, color, happy thing. Plus it looks great.
